 Verified Highlight of my Central Asia trip We booked a custom 7 day tour via whatsapp with Baiduu and had Shabo as our guide. From the start, Baiduu was extremely responsive and helpful. He tailored the itinerary exactly to our requests and even gave us two options to choose from. I enquired with a few tour companies but found Baiduu to be the most organised and helpful so went with Kyrgyz Wonders. Shabo was a fantastic guide. He navigated rough terrains safely and had so much knowledge of the country. We noticed he had friends across the country, showing how respected he is. Shabo was an excellent guide and one of the highlights of our Kyrgyzstan trip. He has a great sense of humour, listens well, quietly observes, and always seems to know what we need before we even ask. His English is excellent, and his knowledge and sharing of Kyrgyzstan’s history/culture made the trip much more meaningful. We visited the best sites in Kyrgyzstan, with food spots in the cities and lodging being top notch. Logistics were handled smoothly, and we were always briefed on what to expect and prepare for the next day. Looking forward to the next tour with Baidu!! Designing a 11 day tour for backpackers in Kyrgyzstan is never easy. But Baidu nailed it. Baidu takes good care of us, and is very adaptive. He is ready to make changes to the schedule to give us the best possible experience, eg switching the yurt camps with a guesthouse nearby (1 hr drive still). He also knows we are obsessed with photos and he stopped his car to give us ample photo time. He always chooses the best possible accommodation with the best possible view! Baidu also has a great sense of humour and the meal time during the trip is jolly! I feel like travelling with a friend rather than with a guide. More important, the discovery of hidden gems such as Kol Ukok can only be made possible with Baidu’s steady driving. Thanks to Baidu and see you again in the future!

If you’re considering a trip to Kyrgyzstan, Go!! It’ll blow your mind, even if you’re like me and a super adventure traveler. If you’re reading this, you probably already have decided to go. I booked with Baiduu, the owner. He always responded very quickly which tells a lot about a tour operator. Not quick yes and no answers, but in- depth replies, which showed me he cared and made me comfortable. I made a few revisions and he was very accommodating. No one who says their tour operator is “ the best” doesn’t mean a lot, simply because there are many and I’m Sure most are “the best”. But with Kyrgyz Wonders and Baiduu, there is no risk. He is super knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly (and funny!). He speaks English well. I peppered him with non-stop questions about his culture and country and language and everything. Because of rain upon arrival, we slightly altered the itinerary which I really really appreciated, so that we went to other spectacular places for two days with sunny cool Weather. There is so much to see in this country and I’ll definitely return with wife and friends When he dropped me off at the Kazakh border to meet his partner there, I was Teary eyed as we embraced Baiduu and Kyrgyz Wonders has enhanced my life and experiences. I’m forever grateful to Baiduu. Or whoever the guide is Just go to Kyrgyzstan!!!!
