Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Bishkek. Next, drive east and stop at the historic Burana Tower, an 11th-century Silk Road minaret. Next, climb to the top for panoramic views of the Chuy Valley and explore the ancient balbal stones.
Continue to the dramatic Ak-Say Canyon for a short hike through its "Martian-like" landscapes of red rock formations. Afterward, the canyon's sculpted cliffs and vibrant colors make it a photographer's paradise.

Board a classic Soviet-era UAZ 4×4 vehicle for a rugged off-road journey into the Altyn Arashan Valley ("Golden Spa").
The 16-kilometer off-road journey winds through dense pine forests, crosses mountain streams, and climbs through dramatic terrain.
Upon arrival in the pristine alpine valley (2,500m), enjoy the famous natural hot springs. Along the way, soak in the mineral-rich waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks including Palatka Peak (5,200m).
After lunch, return to Karakol via the same off-road route.
